the guaranteed net is how much cash is in the card pool. if he buys in with 10 grand, that means 2 million/10 grand = 200, so he is saying that 200 people will buy in with 10 grand each, making "the guaranteed net" 2 million total. He is also saying that Johnny is such a good card mechanic/cheat that he is sure he can win at least 100 thousand.
