I don't think the show will be right without Victor Newman. I know of that clause and its been that way for a while. Victor has tried to retire from Y&R but he also comes out of retirement. Victor, Nikki, Kay, and Jack make the show because they are always in the limelight so I feel taking any of them off the show then Y&R will probably be schedule for a cancellation because of the loss of viewers. I love Victor Newman/Eric Braeden along with his "Always Wins" clause. True enough he lost the case but what he did after makes him a "winning" character.
