Y&R: Is Adam really that bad of a guy?

As much as I love Nikki I believe Nikki held Victoria and Nicholas superior above Abby and Adam. So Adam and Abby wanted to be apart of the family that's why Abby sued him and Adam wants to take over to make Nikki and Victor sees you have other Newman kids and we want to be treated like the rest. Adam is like his father power hungry and he's finally close to getting it. I believe Adam isn't all that evil as they portray him, but he has done some evil things in his past. Victor has even said that about Nikki the day she told him about Abby and the accident. Nikki did make Vikki and Nick the superior Newman kids because they were older and her Victor are very much gonna always be in love with each other. Nick and Vikki didn't have much to do with Abby before the lawsuit and they don't now they just used her. Nick and Adam only got along for that one little show to give Sharon back her "good" name and now look he doesn't even like Adam. All Abby and Adam probably wanted was to be apart of the Newman family but everyone outcasted them because Nikki wasn't their mother.
