possibly, but then again, the color of your eyes depends on your genes. And there are only a set number of combinations in which your genes can be made up. On top of that there are billions of people on earth so it could be possible there is a village somewhere in the middle of nowhere where the people might have the same color except don't have the internet to let people know. You could also have a twin somewhere on this earth. But going back to your question, it could possibly be rare but there isn't any way of being sure.
