AGW Skeptics - Was the man made Ozone hole a scam too?

For me, since we found the hole but have no proof that it was not always there I would be most likely to say that we are once again using what may be a natural event to push control of man. You have to remember that the Ozone hole was found in the 1970's and we don't have enough information to know if it has always been there or not.
