Firework illegal in Willowbrook, CA (Los Angeles County)?

As 4th of July gets closer, I hear more and more fireworks being pop around my home, especially in Willowbrook. I live two streets from the area of Willowbrook, CA. It is patrolled by the LA County Sheriff, I have heard Fireworks are prohibited in Willowbrook, including in 4th of July. Does anyone knows if the enforce the law in Willowbrook? Just curious.
