PERFECT CIRCLE REPAIR!?

Hey, yesterday my xbox fell over with my boyfriends game in it. The disc is read and it works until you go to fight and it just stops loading. I know all the crazy things dont work. So i just need to know who has repair items and where to find the items. Does wal-mart, gamestop, or busy buy have anything? those are stores around me. He acts like it doesnt matter but I wanna fix the game so if you guys could please help me that would be wonderful because I am seriously freaking out right now because I dont have $40 dollars to buy a new one right now becuase I have no job.

An older man hit me and I hit him back, can I press charges?

I'm trying to find out something for my husband, it has quite a bit of detail. He's working down in south texas and staying at an RV park, no contract was signed so I guess he's considered an "at-will renter"? (That's what the sheriff said). Anyway, my husband Jake was a week and half late on payments (payments are 350 a week) because he went home to his grandmothers funeral last week and just got back a few nights ago, he got his check today and planned on paying the owner/manager Lee today. But when he got to the RV park the trailer he was renting was unplugged and moved against the fence, and the $4000 beveling machine that belongs to Jake's boss was gone. Extremely mad he went to the office and asked Lee what the hell was goin on and where was the beveling machine and Lee said you didn't pay so I moved the trailer, and I gave the beveling machine away to another welder. Well Jake started yellin at the old man (somewhere around 65-70?) and he punched Jake in the eye, and Jake hit him back then someone got between them and Lee called the cops. The Sheriff said he can't press charges on Lee because since he's a senior Jake would get aggravated assault. And he said it is legal for him to have given away Jake's boss's beveling machine because he's and at-will renter. However up to this point there was never a reminder notice or a warning note on the door, Jake told him last week he had to go home for his grandmothers funeral and that when he got a check he would pay him, that was the last thing said. Somebody please tell me if there is anything he can do? Surely it was not legal for him to give away a third party's private property?!

As far as i know the universe doesn't have a distinct shape. All anybody really knows is that the edge of space is constantly expanding and that outside the edge there is absolutely nothing (in other words if you think of it, it doesn't exist). And about that whole no time in space thing.....that's a little tougher to understand. Basically, the faster something is moving in space the less time it experiences. Holsters Used by LAPD and OCSD?

I want to be a police officer and work for either the Orange County Sheriff's department, or the Los Angeles Police Department. I just bought a Glock 22 Gen 3, and am looking for a holster. I want to get one the either one or both of these agencies use and start practicing with it. I was thinking about either the SERPA CQC or the 5.11 Thumbdrive holster but those both have a retention level of 2, and I was told that LEO's want at least a level 3 retention. Please let me know. Ok, so I've checked on the web a little for some sites that will allow you to customize your own keychain, but here's what IM looking for; most websites allow you to imprint ONLY A DESIGN on like a circle or square keychain body, but I was wondering if there was a site out there where you could go all out and like, for example, instead of having a tree DESIGN on a keychain, the keychain would actually LOOK like a tree and the keychain body would be cut out in the shape of a tree. I hope that's not too confusing for you guys! Abandoned by husband on the day the family where to suppose to move?

Literaly one night six months ago while the whole house was completly packed up in boxes and the only thing that was standing was the beds we slept on my husband came home with our truck to move our whole family with, my 2 teen sons which he helped raise for the pass 6 years and his 1 son which lives with his mom and ofcourse the 2 of us. He came home with the truck to move us all to our new beautiful home in Texarkana,Tx. The problem was he didnt come home to do so, he came back with the truck with only one intetion to leave and take half of everything and then some with him and be gone.This happened in Dec12,2010. In front of myself and ofcourse my son. The pure terror and heart break came through my soul and my sons heart aswell. His explination was that he needed his space. For 6 months now you can imagin me calling not all the time but yes, at times for assistance for food, help.... some help on bills and for my medical expensis and for my meds i have to take every day. Im disabled and im on disability and i use to be a sheriff deputy. Ive worked my whole life and now im struck with this dibilitating disease which i had to rely on my husband for everything and yes that included love, support. I recieve a small ss check every month. And at that time for a whole year i had to wait for my medicar to kick in order for it to pay for any of my meds or doctor visits. So when he up and left the day the family was suppose to move, he cleaned out our shared bank account and that was it. He never has ever given any funds to help me. Not for my meds, or doctors or anything. I ofcourse had to move out of our home since the family was moving anyways and ofcourse i couldnt afford the high rent or any of the utitities and if you think that social services was going to help... think again. I only recieved food stamps, thats it. Thats all i qualified for. I searched for anything and everything for assistance here in Bell county. And this whole time this husband of myne kept me on a string with not giving me an answet to what he was going to do. I just was in complete depression and in phyisical shutt down and dealing with health. Still to this day im on this computer looking at the divorce papers i recieved today and searching for what i can or cant do as far as legal wise.

Homeless/abandoned teen help?

There is a kid in my neighborhood that is homeless,and has no parents with him. He goes to his friends house and stays for prolonged periods of time until he is forced to leave after begging to stay. He was ones kicked out of my friend's house and now has a restraining order to not go in it even if he is invited. Then he lived at another friend of mine but this time my friends parents agreed for a certain amount of time. Now he is just staying at ANOTHER friend's house for who knows how long. I can't talk my friend into kicking him out, he keeps saying it would be a horrible thing to do but the homeless child (by child I mean 16yrs) has no parents (his mom pretty much abandoned him) his mom sends him 50$ each week for food but he just blows out his money on drugs, and is just an overall bad influence to everyone. I want to help both my friend and the homeless kid but I dont know what to do. Should I contact the local sheriffs office? I know this is a pretty hard story to believe but it's 100% true. I don't know if it's legal to let a minor live in your house with out consent from a guardian and no rent either.What should I do? I would feel very irresponsible if I didn't do anything because something could happen to one of them and I would feel like I could have prevented it.

I made a purchase on eBay for a $420.99 phone and the seller later told me that it was stolen property because the original owner had reported it stolen to get a new one. Nope, not at all. I lived out in the middle of nowhere. Growing up, there were a couple of thefts of minor things, like bikes left outside. My next door neighbor committed suicide and there was a murder just up the road. The person murdered wasn't from our town though. She was babysitting for her sister and her estranged husband came and murdered her. Oh and we almost never locked our door at night.

Florida Court ordered he gets child custody every other weekend. He paid the first 2 months of child support starting 9/10 and hasn't paid since. Its now 6/11. As much as I love Nikki I believe Nikki held Victoria and Nicholas superior above Abby and Adam. I got pulled over by a sheriff a little after midnight. He was from a different city than the one we were in. Vacuum iron out of the bottom of above ground pool?

I have a above ground pool that is 15' x 4ft deep, its a circle pool! Ive got well water and i used a water hose to fill up the pool. I have a water softner on the well water but its for directly to the house. So anyways i filled up the pool with well water, & of course it turned brown. So i called our local pool company and the gentle man said for me to buy a pool vacuum that attached to the pump/filter & to shock it so all the iron will sink to the bottom (leave the pump off over night so it will sink) So i done that. Then he said once it sinked to vacuum and the filter would capture it. So i vacuumed it up and the bigger maority of the iron got trapped inthe filter, but the smaller particials came back into the pool. So i shocked it again & vacuumed, still the same thing, some of it would come back into the pool. So after that didnt work for the first 3 times, we put a sock over the return (puts water back into the pool) & that captured some of the iron but not all of it. we left the sock on there for a week while the filter was running, & it settles to the bottom again.Any suggestions would be greatly appericated?

So he is saying that for the first 160 hours I work free because training is not paid. And then its also a temp job. I thought after 160 free hours, he will just say "its temp job so its over now" and take a lot of work. I refused the offer.

My b/f was given 5 years SIS probation for two felony charges. 1) knowing about arson 2) knowing about property damage. Basically He knew about someone burning a vehicle for insurance money and didn't tell on them. It is his first offense. He was given 5 years probation and 100 hours of community service in 1 year. However he does have a letter from his boss explaining that 9 of those months he has been working 50-60 hours a week and was unable to work 2 months because of a workman's comp. injury. I have this guy who has been harassing my grandmother and me for over a month know. He keeps going to my grandmother's house even though she has told him I do not live here. So I have since forwarded this whole situation to the local authorities to see what we can do regarding his harassment's (and threatening demeanor) but they have yet fully open it into a case. i am modeling in 3ds max and all of a sudden when i click the select or rotate or scale tool i do not see the guides that usually come up on screen. I am talking about those blue, green, and red arrows for select that help me move an object on the xyz axis, the green blue red circles that allow me to rotate on the xyz axis and the green blue red lines that allow me to scale on the xyz axis. All i can do is move the object around the 4 different screens guessing the position. Husband and I were Legal Guardians for our young grandchildren (ages 5 & 6) from Sept. 2006 until March 2011, because parents were divorcing and not getting along. The children actually lived with their parents most of the time until June 2009, when father told mother he was leaving her for his mistress. Grandchildren moved in with us until one of their parents could get their act together. Both were messed up. March 2010, Father filed a petition to end our guardianship. We fought giving them up as we did not trust that father (our son) had truly changed, as he claimed. He is an alcoholic, drug addict, liar, cheat and thief (though only arrested and charged with 2 DUIs) and had just married his third wife before he was 30. We live on opposite coasts of the U.S. During the summer of 2010, grandchildren told us and many others (Child Protective Services, Sheriffs, 2 therapists and others) their parents had abused them horribly. (Imagine psychopathic behaviors and words.) We fought the petition as best we could. Unfortunately, the only way the father could get the children was to mount an offense against me, their grandmother. He convinced the court appointed therapist I am crazy and made the children lie about the abuse and put unthinkable words and ideas into their mouths and minds. I never did (nor ever would) do such an abusive thing to my precious granchidlren (nor to anyone). There was no evidence to support these allegations. Actually, if these allegation were true in my opinion I should have been sent to jail for child abuse. Instead, the court used the report to get the children out of the court system and back with a parent. Mother is even less able to care for children and doesn't really want to. Here is my dilemma; these lies are in the court record now. Should I write something to the court in response to defend myself? Is all this going to come back at me if I want to get a job working with children, again? I used to be a school teacher. Will it seem like I am guilty of I don't respond? (We had a lousy lawyer who only told us not to respond to any allegations over the months and at the end. I don't trust him one bit so I didn't ask him.) What do you think I should do, from your own personal experience and knowledge?

Questions about buying my first home?

I am about to buy my very first home! I have very sensitive skin, and for years and years I have used Dove Sensitive Skin cream around my eyes (the orbit of them, where they are darker) because it has been the one and only product that actually gets rid of dark circles for me. Thing is, everything else, and I mean everything, actually GIVES me dark circles. yes, gives me them. In the past a girl at the makeup counter was shocked when I came back with the product because it looked like I hadn't slept in a week, and I never had the dark circles before. They only really come out when I use eye creams or anything around them, EXCEPT Dove. Bascially, it's almost as if when the eye area gets moisturized I immediately have dark circles that show more. I don't know what to do as Dove has discontinued their skin (face) care products. I have tried everything and it gives me dark circles. The only way I didn't have them was when I used that cream. Does anyone know what the problem could be, why this is happening, and a good eye cream for sensitive skin and dark circles would be? Please and thank you..

I've wanted a tattoo for a very long time, and i have some ideas of what i want. I wanted something to represent my two sisters and i. I went on a "Ride along" program the Sheriff has here in my county, nothing happened till around 2 AM, we got behind a car on a back road (2 lane paved county road) that was all over the road, ditch, mail box, back on road. Deputy said "Watch how we handle drunk drivers around here". he finally got it pulled over, radioed in what was going on and went up to the drivers side window, talked a few minutes and the car drove off, I asked what happened, he said "the driver wasn't drunk, just tired and only lived 1 mile down the road". I would think the driver should get the same treatment as a DUI driver, bad driving is the same, drunk or sober, like I would get killed more dead by a "DUI" driver than this woman driving "Tired"? I would think ALL bad drivers should be treated the same, no matter what caused you to crash.

How can a police officer pull you over for loud exhaust?

i was coming home at approx. 1215 AM and i turned on a road where theres a park and ride at the corner..a cop just happened to be sitting there. he had his lights on and was investigating another vehicle sitting there. as i turned on the road i saw the cop heading back to his cruiser...i made it another 1/2 mile and saw headlights pull out of the park and ride and heading my way..i was almost to my buddies house, but i missed the driveway( it was dark, raining and in the middle of the night) so i pulled off in the next driveway but did not pull all the way in, just far enough so i could turn around..well then im sitting there waiting for the car that was coming to pass...but it happened to be the cop, and as i just sat there, he pulls over and turns his blues on...he comes to the car and does his thing..in the process he asked me if i had an exhaust leak..i said no and that less then 8 hrs prior to this my car was in the shop taking an inspection sticker...i needed exhaust work to take a sticker...i got it fixed and got the sticker...anyway that didnt seem to phase him...he looked by my shifter and saw a roach...he went back to his car for a few moments and returned...he said he needed to do a vehicle search, so he did( as far as i knew, two cops should be present during a vehicle search..well there was only one. but he was a sheriff so i dont know if that makes a difference) anyway he searched and found my stuff.. he then takes the time to write the summon's up, at that time the second sheriff pulled up. he came back had me sign them.. then he has me do a soberiety test...where he made me do one was on a hill, and the road had tons of uneven and cracked spots..after he says im going to be arrested b/c he was under the assumtion i was under the influence. my friend i had with me walked back to his house as i was heading to the police station. my main defense i think is the fact he pulled me over for my exhaust being to loud, but in fact wasnt to loud seeing how if it was, dont you think i wouldnt have been able to get my inspection done? so please read through this, let me know if anything the cop did was lawful/unlawful and if i may have a good chance when fighting this. thank you!!

Should I be concerned that my bf doesn't invite me out with his friends anymore?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for four months now. When we first started dating he used to invite me to hang out with his friends all the time, I would usually say yes if I wasn't busy. It'd be about once a week or once every other week. Most of his friends have been acquaintances of mine for a long time so it's not like I don't know them at all. May was a very busy month for me so I rarely saw him, let alone his friends. Since then, he doesn't invite me to hang out with them at all. I get invited to the big stuff, like weddings and parties but never to hang out at the bar or anything like that. He actually seems to make it a point to not spend time with me on weds because that's the usual day they go out because of free pool. I think it would bother me less if he was just hanging out with his guy friends but it's girls too. Not only that but his friends invite other people, I know because one of my friends was invited and it wasn't even mentioned to me in passing. On the one hand, I know it's good for him to spend time with his friends without me but I also feel like I'll always be the "girlfriend" in his social circle and never a legitimate part of the group if this continues.

I have heard that you're really not supposed to pull down your eye when you're applying eyeliner to your bottom waterline because you'll get wrinkles. so I don't do that, but you have to pull down your eye to put in contacts. My husband and I both used to discipline our kids "the old fashioned way". We never hit or anything, but we did do a few things and had a general attitude. However when I am resting the pain subsides. Remember that the pain is only on the toenail . Anyway, we have both come a long way since then---both of us, together. We had one Head Coach who controlled the sessions with the kids, plus one experienced coach on each table who was able to "feed" the ball to them so that they could learn the required table tennis skill and practice their strokes. Why would sheriffs knock on someone's door?
